Cancelling & renewals

✓ Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as chosen.
✓ Cancel any time from Dashboard → Subscription & Billing → Cancel plan. No email needed.
✓ After cancelling you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; it simply does not renew.
✓ Cancelling is not the same as a refund — to ask for money back, email support as above.

How do I request a refund?

Email sigory@gmail.com within 30 days of your first Pro payment. A human reviews each request and we process approved refunds to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Dashboard → Subscription & Billing and click Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Do I lose my formulas if I refund?

No. Your formula history is yours and stays exportable. A refund only cancels the Pro subscription.

Does the free tier need the guarantee?

No — backtesting is free with no time limit, so there's nothing to refund. The guarantee covers paid Pro plans.
