By using Sigory you agree to these Terms of Service.
Sigory provides analysis, backtesting, strategy-validation and educational tools. It is not a broker and does not execute real trades or hold funds.
You sign in via Google SSO. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
The formulas and strategies you create remain yours. Sigory's premium indicators, software and content are licensed to you for use on the platform and remain Sigory's property.
Paid plans are billed in advance as shown on the Pricing page, for the billing period you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Subscription & Billing → Cancel plan. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-used periods.
First-time paid subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: email sigory@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and you do not need to justify the request. Each request is reviewed by a person and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days.
Renewal payments and requests made outside the 30-day window are not covered by the guarantee. We consider them case by case and may decline them.
The service is provided "as is". See our Risk Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigory is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
